The player then comes across giant falling icicles which can be walked across, along with more smaller falling icicles. After a Goomba-spawning pipe and the first Star Coin is a Roulette Block, an Ice Bro and more Goombas followed by a Warp Pipe leading to the midway point. The pipe leads to an icy underground area with water, several falling icicles and moving ice blocks. There is a Warp Pipe near the Ice Bro, along with an Invisible Block containing a 1-Up Mushroom. You should spin through the coin to land safely to the right on the far platform.The level starts out on the snowy surface, with a ? Block and an Ice Bro located nearby.
Use it to gain the height you need to get to the coin. Eventually a Bullet Bill will rise towards it from the left. In the area with the large Bullet Bills and the moving platforms, wait on the platform to the left of the coin. They'll lead you to the coin at the far end - no mistakes! In the secret area above the pipe, hit the P-Switch and run right, following the path of the blue coins. They tend to clump as they move vertically so you can use them as easy stepping stones. Use the ample Mario-seeking Bullet Bills as your stepping stones to get up here. It's at the top of the screen a bit to the left of the exit pipe.
Plan your route first and don't run straight for the coin at the bottom - be sure to jump up and around the green pipe!Ībove the exit pipe for the subterranean area with the first coin is a warp pipe leading upwards. The P-Block will clear a path to the coin below, but it's a tricky one to navigate. Hop down to this (it may be obscured by clouds) and enter it. Just below an arrow pointing right is a gap with a green warp pipe at the bottom.
